1. Customer Age

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
• If you are under 18, I can only accept an order if your parent or legal guardian contacts me to confirm consent for the order and payment.

2. Payment

• Payment options: Bank transfer, Revolut, Square.
• I do not currently accept PayPal.
• For commissions including a fursuit head, a deposit of at least 50% of the final price is required.
• Smaller commissions (paws, tail, accessories, eyes, etc.) must be paid in full upfront.
• The deposit must be paid within 3 business days of order confirmation, otherwise the slot will be automatically canceled.
• The remaining balance must be paid before shipping or upon personal handover.

The finished product will not be handed over without full payment of the entire amount.

3. Deposit and Refunds

The deposit is non-refundable and serves to reserve the slot, purchase materials, and begin production.

Once production has started:

• The customer is not entitled to a refund.
• If the order is canceled during production, all paid amounts are forfeited to the maker.
• If the commission is almost or completely finished, the customer is obliged to pay the full price.

Neither the work-in-progress nor the finished product will be handed over unless fully paid.

As all commissions are custom-made to the customer's specific requirements, the customer does not have the right to cancel or withdraw from the order merely because they have reconsidered or no longer wish to receive the product.

4. References and Design Changes

During work, I follow the reference you provide.

Before submitting, please carefully check that the reference:

• Contains all necessary details.
• Has clearly visible colors.
• Includes labeling of all specific elements.
• Has unclear parts described.

Any additional changes not part of the original reference may be subject to extra charges.

Unclear or missing details that need to be added during production may also be subject to charges.

5. Production Process

I reserve full control over the production process and techniques used.

Minor adjustments during production are possible, but:

• Fundamental changes may be refused.
• Larger changes may extend production time.
• Larger changes may be subject to additional charges.

I do not accept time-sensitive commissions with a guaranteed completion date. An estimated completion time can be provided, but it is not binding.

6. Materials and Ownership

All materials used are included in the price, unless otherwise agreed.

• Remaining materials (fur, fabrics, foam, filament, etc.) remain my property.
• This also applies to discounted or "friends" orders.
• If the customer provides their own material, remnants are returned only by prior arrangement.

7. Unpaid Orders

If the customer fails to pay the remaining balance by the agreed deadline, I reserve the right to:

• Cancel the order without entitlement to a refund.
• Modify the product.
• Use it as a sample.
• Sell it to another customer.

8. Right to Refuse a Commission

I reserve the right to refuse or terminate a commission without stating a reason.

This most commonly occurs when the customer requests services I do not offer, or when communication/repeated changes prevent smooth production.

If a commission is terminated by me, a proportional portion of the amount is returned based on the progress status.

9. Shipping and Responsibility

I am not responsible for damage or loss of the package after it has been handed over to the carrier.

The risk transfers to the customer at the moment the shipment is handed over to the shipping company.

10. Work Presentation

I reserve the right to:

• Photograph the commission.
• Record it.
• Publish it on social networks.
• Use it in my portfolio or as promotional material.

If the customer wishes for art reveal protection, this must be communicated in advance.

11. Copyright and Design

I am not responsible for any infringement of copyrights or trademarks related to the character design.

It is the client's exclusive responsibility to ensure they have the right to use:

• Character design.
• Logos.
• Symbols.
• Other protected elements.

And to have any necessary consents in writing before ordering.

12. Repairs and Warranty

Minor manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery may be repaired at my discretion.

This applies only to issues caused by workmanship or material failure under normal use.

The following are not covered by free repairs:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper use
• Damage caused by moisture, heat, smoke, pets, or poor storage
• Damage caused by modifications made by customer or third parties
• Damage caused during transport after successful delivery

Repairs requested after the 7-day period may still be accepted, but will be treated as a paid repair service.

13. Care and Maintenance Responsibility

The customer is fully responsible for proper cleaning, storage, ventilation, and general maintenance of product after delivery.

I am not liable for damage caused by:

• Improper washing or drying
• Exposure to excessive heat or sunlight
• Moisture, mold, smoke, or pet damage
• Compression damage from bad storage
• General long-term wear from regular use

A care guide may be provided, and failure to follow it voids any repair responsibility.

14. Client Communication and Response Deadlines

The customer agrees to maintain reasonable communication during commission process.

If customer becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days during production, I reserve the right to:

• Pause the commission
• Delay the completion timeline
• Finalize unclear details at my own discretion
• Cancel the order according to refund rules above

Repeated delayed responses may also affect the estimated completion time.

15. Customs, VAT, and Import Fees

The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or additional carrier charges required by their country.

These charges are not included in the commission price unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

I am not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, border processing, or local postal services.

16. Handmade Nature and Minor Imperfections

All products are handmade and may contain minor imperfections that do not affect functionality, wearability, or overall appearance of commission.

Small asymmetries, stitching variations, glue marks on internal areas, slight shaving differences, or other minor handmade characteristics are considered normal and are not grounds for refund or free repair.

By ordering, customer acknowledges and accepts the handmade nature of the work.
